You don’t need a quiet room

Most meditation advice assumes a silent house and a closed door. Real life hums. Traffic passes, a dog barks somewhere, and the mind decides that means it can’t settle.

These three meditations were recorded outside on purpose, in a city park and in the open desert. The sound of the world isn’t treated as a problem to block out. It becomes the thing you practice with, until stillness stops depending on your surroundings.

The three meditations

Urban Serenity (6 minutes). A breath-first practice for the middle of a full day. You let everything that happened before this moment, and everything that comes after it, slowly melt away. Thoughts get noticed without being followed. It closes with your hands on your heart, or your arms wrapped around you, and a moment of real gratitude for taking the time at all.

Desert Stillness (6 minutes). A stillness practice. You root your seat, reach the crown of your head skyward, and let the world move around you without reacting to any of it. What brings discomfort passes. So does what brings pleasure. The question the practice leaves you with: can you carry that steadiness into the rest of your day?

Roots & Branches (17 minutes). The longest and deepest of the three, guided by Jaime. Breath by breath, you draw golden light down the spine and root it into the earth, then grow it upward through the crown like branches, until the two meet at your heart. When there’s room in your day for the full descent, this is the one.

About 29 minutes of practice all together. Two are short enough for a lunch break; one is for when you have real room.

What “Reiki-infused” means

Jaime and Yonatan are Reiki teachers. They train practitioners, and Reiki runs through everything they offer. These meditations were recorded with that energy flowing through the guidance, the same presence they bring to a session in person.

You don’t need any Reiki background, and there’s nothing to believe in for the practice to work. Some listeners notice warmth, or find they settle faster than usual. Everyone gets an honest, well-guided meditation either way.

What’s inside

  • Three guided meditation videos, filmed where they were recorded
  • A downloadable audio version of each, for walks, commutes, or eyes-closed practice
  • Lifetime access, return as often as you like

What people say about practicing with Jaime & Yonatan

“I was present to how safe I felt and actually what it feels like to live life in the present moment. I was riding that high for days after.”
— Madison Holland

“To take time to do less for a few hours a week, multiplies the value of everything else that I do.”
— Eric Sagotsky

Who it’s for

Anyone who keeps meaning to meditate and keeps not starting because life is loud. City dwellers especially. If you’ve told yourself you’ll practice once things calm down, these were made to meet you before that day comes.

A note from Jaime & Yonatan

We recorded these outdoors because that’s where most of life actually happens. It’s easy to feel peaceful in a sealed room with a candle going. The practice that changes things is the one that holds up on a park bench, or in the car before a hard conversation. These three are infused with Reiki energy and love, and we made them to be used, not saved for someday.

Questions people ask

Do I need any meditation experience?
None. Every track is fully guided, from the first breath to opening your eyes.

Is this a Reiki attunement or training?
No. Reiki trainings are a separate offering, taught live. This is meditation carried by that energy, and it asks nothing of you but a seat and your breath.

Which one should I start with?
Urban Serenity. It’s six minutes and it was made for the middle of a normal day. Save Roots & Branches for an evening when you have room to go slowly.

Can I listen offline?
Yes. Each meditation comes as a downloadable audio file alongside the video, so you can practice with your eyes closed or away from wifi.

When would I use these?
Before a hard conversation, or after one. And on the days the noise in your head matches the noise on the street. Some people practice one track daily; others reach for them as needed. Both work.
